Dashboard

A business health view for your eBay stores: sales performance over the timeframe you choose, and — unusually — the weak points given the same prominence as the wins.

Sales performance
See total orders and total revenue for Today, the last 7, 30, 90 or 180 days. Switching timeframe reworks every figure on the page, so you can compare a slow week against a strong quarter without exporting anything.
Sales history
A chart of orders and revenue across the selected timeframe, so seasonal patterns and sudden drops are visible at a glance rather than inferred from a list of orders.
Top listings
Your best-performing eBay listings ranked by revenue, each with the product, SKU, order count and revenue earned. The fastest way to see what is actually carrying the business.
Top customers
Buyers ranked by total order revenue for the timeframe, with their order count and total spend, so repeat customers are easy to recognise.
Store-level reporting
Review the dashboard across every connected store at once, or narrow it to a single store. Figures from different stores are shown separately and never merged.
Action notifications
Counters for out-of-stock products, cases awaiting a reply, listings ending soon, unread messages and tracked products running low. Selecting one opens the part of SellerHint where you can deal with it.
Out-of-stock listings
Every product sitting at zero quantity, with SKU, listing name, store, status and quantity — so nothing quietly stops selling while still occupying your catalog.
Stalest listings
The oldest listings that have not produced a matched sale. Most dashboards only show winners; this points at the products that may need repricing, promotion or a better listing.
Track inventory
Choose which SKUs to watch and set a low-stock threshold for each one. Tracked products appear here the moment they reach or fall below your limit — before the stock runs out, not after.
Low-visibility listings
The connected eBay listings receiving the fewest impressions in the timeframe, with impressions, views and watcher counts where eBay supplies them, to help identify products that need optimisation.
Direct listing access
Every dashboard card offers a View All Listings option that opens exactly those products in the Listing Catalog, so a finding turns straight into work.

Orders

Every eBay order from every connected store in one workspace, with the statuses kept apart instead of collapsed into a single label.

Centralised order list
Imported eBay orders from all connected stores in one place, so checking what came in overnight does not mean signing into each store separately.
Store filtering
View orders from every connected store together, or narrow the list to a single store when you need to focus.
Order search
Search by order number, SKU, product title and related order information to find a specific order immediately.
Order filters
Filter the order list by store and by order status to isolate what needs attention.
Customisable order table
Choose which columns appear and arrange them how you work: images, quantity, title, SKU, store, customer, order number, amount and status.
Resizable columns
Adjust supported column widths for a compact overview or a detailed working view, and SellerHint remembers your choice.
Bulk order selection
Select one order, several, a range, or everything visible — for printing documents or working through a batch.
Order details
Buyer, store, date, total, payment status and fulfilment progress for the selected order, on one screen.
Customer information
The buyer’s name, eBay username and shipping address, plus email and phone number where eBay supplies them. Treat it as personal data.
Fulfilment information
Buyer-selected shipping service, order date, payment method, carrier, shipment status and tracking number — kept as separate values, because that is where fulfilment mistakes start.
Tracking tools
View tracking information and copy the tracking number straight from the order, without retyping it.
Ordered items
Every item in the order with product image, title, SKU, quantity, unit price and totals, so packing is checked against the order itself.
Internal notes
Save private notes against an order. They stay in SellerHint and are never sent to the buyer or the marketplace.
Invoices and packing slips
Export selected orders as invoice or packing-slip PDFs, in a batch, ready for printing.
Individual invoice printing
Create or print an invoice for the order you are looking at, without leaving it.
Order refresh
Pull recent order information from connected eBay stores on demand, so you are never waiting on a schedule.

Marketing

Promoted Listings Standard campaigns and Offers to Buyers for each connected eBay store, from campaign creation through to performance.

Campaigns

Campaign management
View and manage Promoted Listings Standard campaigns for each connected eBay store, scoped to one store at a time so campaigns never cross over.
Advertising eligibility
See whether the selected store is eligible for the supported eBay advertising programme before you start planning a campaign.
Campaign list
Campaign name, status, number of promoted listings, campaign type and default ad rate together in one table.
Create campaigns
Create a Standard cost-per-sale campaign with a name, marketplace, start date, optional end date, default ad rate and your chosen listings — without leaving SellerHint.
Campaign performance
Impressions, clicks, attributed sales and click-through rate for the selected campaign, next to the listings the campaign actually contains.
Campaign settings
Review campaign ID, marketplace, funding model, targeting method, start date and end date for any campaign.
Promoted listing membership
See exactly which listings are in a campaign, with SKU, eBay item number, status and ad rate — using the exact marketplace item identity, so similar titles are never confused.
Add listings to campaigns
Select eligible live eBay listings and add them to an existing campaign by their eBay Item ID.
Remove listings from campaigns
Take products out of a campaign without ending or affecting the underlying eBay listings.

Offers to Buyers

Eligible listings
See which live listings can receive private offers through eBay, so you are not guessing at eligibility.
Offer discounts
Choose a discount between 5% and 99% off the current listing price.
Offer quantity
Set how much quantity is available through the offer.
Optional buyer message
Add a custom message of up to 2,000 characters to accompany the offer.
Batch confirmation
Review and confirm the selected listings before any offers are sent, so a batch is never dispatched by accident.

Schedule

Live, scheduled and GTC Guard-monitored eBay listings for a store, so nothing lapses or goes live unnoticed.

All listings schedule
Review live, scheduled and GTC Guard-related listings for the selected store in a single view.
Scheduled listings
See queued listings and scheduled starts that are still waiting to go live.
Ending soon
Find live listings with a known end date in the next 30 days, before sales stop without an obvious cause.
GTC Guard overview
See which listings GTC Guard is monitoring or has recorded for a future relist workflow.
Schedule search
Search by title, SKU, store, listing type, status, dates or GTC Guard state to find a specific scheduled item.
Store selection
Review the schedule for one connected eBay store at a time, keeping stores distinct.
Schedule details
Product image, SKU, title, quantity, store, listing type, start date, end date and whether GTC Guard is enabled.
Pagination
Work through large schedules with adjustable page sizes.

Inventory Sync

Quantity-only inventory synchronisation across connected eBay stores, organised by exact SKU and deliberately narrow so unrelated listing fields are left alone.

SKU-based inventory management
Inventory is organised by exact SKU, so the same product is recognised across connected stores without guesswork.
Master store
Nominate one connected store as the source of truth for inventory quantity.
Target stores
Choose which other stores should receive available quantities from the master store. Stores you do not enable are untouched.
Quantity synchronisation
Synchronise quantities from the master store to enabled target stores. Quantity only — titles, prices and descriptions are not part of it.
Linked SKU view
See which SKUs are connected to listings in two or more stores.
Unlinked SKU view
Identify SKUs not yet linked across multiple stores, so gaps in your setup are visible rather than silent.
Inventory search
Search the inventory workspace by SKU.
Account filtering
View inventory across all connected eBay accounts, or for one selected account.
Store visibility
See which stores are associated with each SKU.
Last-synced status
Review the most recent synchronisation status for every SKU, including where a run did not complete.
Track inventory
Turn inventory monitoring on or off for individual SKUs.
Custom low-stock thresholds
Set a different low-stock limit for every tracked SKU. These thresholds feed the Track Inventory section and the alert counter on the dashboard.
Manual inventory sync
Start a synchronisation run yourself, from the Inventory Sync workspace.

Add Product

Build a complete product record — images, listing settings, specifics, variations and your own private details — and reuse the setup through listing profiles.

Reusable listing profiles
Create product and listing profiles you can load whenever a similar product comes in, so recurring setups are entered once.
Profile search
Search your saved profiles by their supported product information.
Create, rename and remove profiles
Manage the profile library freely. Changes here never touch live marketplace listings.
Save as new or existing profile
Save a product setup as a new profile, or update one you already have.
Product images
Add multiple images, drag files into the gallery, choose the main image, preview at a larger size and remove what you do not need.
Listing settings
Prepare the eBay store, marketplace, primary and secondary categories, item location, listing format, duration, condition, store categories, item link and business policies.
Product overview
Enter SKU, price, quantity, title, optional subtitle and a rich product description.
Rich description editing
Write formatted product descriptions and apply reusable description templates for a consistent look.
Item specifics
Complete required item specifics, add optional ones, create custom fields and validate the product information before it goes anywhere.
Product variations
Build products with variation options, variation SKUs, individual prices, quantities, identifiers, costs and variation-specific images.
Item disclosures
Record safety and quality disclosures for products sold to buyers in supported regions.
SellerHint-only product details
Save storage location, storage bin, item cost, shipping cost, supplier, private notes, inventory-tracking preferences and GTC Guard preferences. None of it is sent to eBay or shown to buyers.
Save as listing profile
Turn a completed product setup into a reusable profile in one step.
Save as draft
Save the product locally to finish or review later in Listing Drafts. Creating a product record does not create an eBay listing.

Listing Catalog

The central catalog of your eBay products, with the search, filtering, bulk editing and store-specific detail needed to manage thousands of listings.

Browsing and finding

Central product catalog
Browse and manage your complete local product catalog from one workspace.
Store-specific catalogs
Open a connected store from the sidebar to see the catalog scoped to that store alone.
CSV product import
Import one or more CSV files into the catalog through Add Products.
Catalog search
Search using All, Title or SKU modes, depending on what you actually know.
Advanced listing filters
Filter by store, duration, listing type, marketplace, status, store category, eBay category, Best Offer, images, subtitle, inventory, business policies, description template, dates, price, weight and more.

Sortable listing table
Sort supported columns and review products in a structured catalog table.
Customisable columns
Choose which columns appear and arrange them in the order you want them.
Compact and extended views
Use a split view with Product Details beside the catalog, or expand the catalog into a wider table when you need the columns.
Detailed listing data
Columns include image, title, SKU, item number, item link, stores, marketplace, category, format, condition, available and sold quantity, duration, views, promoted status, watchers, questions, bids, offers, pricing, shipping, dates and listing status.
Flexible selection
Select individual products or many at once using checkboxes, Shift selection or Command selection.
Pagination
Choose 50, 100 or 200 rows per page to suit your catalog.

Editing products

Product details editing
Edit images, listing settings, overview information, description, item specifics, disclosures, variations and SellerHint-only details without leaving the catalog.
Store-specific product tabs
View and edit your local product record separately from the information each connected store uses, so one store’s values never leak into another.
Local and store saving
Save changes locally as often as you like. For supported live eBay listings, title, quantity, price and description changes can also be sent to the selected store — a separate, deliberate action.
Safe product removal
Permanently remove local products, with deletion blocked while a selected product is still connected to a live marketplace listing.

Control Center

Control Center
Run operations on the products you have selected from a configurable side panel, without losing your place in the catalog.
Bulk editing
Change item condition, or find and replace text across the titles or descriptions of selected listings.
Bulk description templates
Apply a reusable description template across every selected product at once.
GTC Guard rules
Apply default or custom no-sale and relist timing rules to selected listings. On Mac, enabled GTC Guard work can end and relist eligible listings while the app is running and connected; marketplace restrictions and fees apply.
eBay-to-app updates
Pull quantity, price, title, description, full listing information or images from eBay for the products you selected.
App-to-eBay updates
Send supported product changes to eBay, choosing whether to include image updates. Results are reported per listing, including partial failures.

Listing Drafts

A workspace for unfinished listings — everything saved locally, checked for readiness, and kept out of your main catalog until it is done.

Draft library
Every locally saved listing draft in one workspace.
Draft search and filters
Search drafts and apply the same advanced listing filters used in the catalog.
Draft table
Review each draft’s image, SKU, title, quantity, price and status at a glance.
Draft editing
Open a draft and continue with its images, listing settings, description, item specifics, variations, disclosures and internal details.
Save draft changes
Update a draft while keeping it separate from the main catalog.
Local readiness check
SellerHint checks required fields before publication. In the Mac app, Publish Listing is a separate confirmed marketplace action; validation alone does not publish.
Bulk draft selection
Select several drafts for removal or supported Control Center operations.
Draft Control Center
Apply local bulk item-condition changes, text replacement and description templates across selected drafts.
Remove drafts
Delete draft records and their managed draft image folders. Live eBay listings are unaffected.
Pagination
Choose 10, 25 or 50 drafts per page.

Bulk mailbox actions
Mark conversations read or unread, and archive or delete supported modern eBay conversations, in bulk.
Message refresh
Retrieve current conversations from connected eBay stores on demand.

Case Center

Return requests and Item Not Received cases across your connected eBay stores, with the actions eBay currently permits available in place — and confirmation before anything irreversible.

Reviewing cases

Centralised buyer cases
Review return requests and Item Not Received cases across all connected eBay stores, instead of discovering them late in the marketplace interface.
Case filters
View All, Open, Closed, Return Request or Item Not Received cases.
Case search
Search saved cases and filter them by store.
Case status and deadlines
See whether a case is open or closed, whether seller action is required, and the response deadline eBay has set.

Review and approve an eligible return request.
Issue full refund
Review and issue a full refund where eBay permits it for the selected case.
Offer partial refund

Listing Template

Reusable header and footer content that gives every eBay product description a consistent appearance, without retyping the shared parts.

Reusable listing templates
Create and manage templates that give your product descriptions a consistent appearance across the catalog.
Header builder
Build reusable content that appears before each individual product description.
Automatic product description placement
SellerHint keeps a protected area in the template and inserts each product’s own description into it, so the template and the product content never overwrite each other.
Footer builder
Build reusable content that appears after the product description.
Rich-text editing
Format headers and footers in the visual description editor.
Reusable template parts
Save header and footer sections independently and reuse them in other templates.
Template library
Create, select, update and remove saved templates from one place.
Description template application
Apply a saved template to a product from Product Details, or to many products at once through Control Center.

Connected store catalogs

Each connected eBay store gets its own scoped catalog, keeping store-specific listing information genuinely separate.

Store navigation
Connected stores appear directly in the SellerHint sidebar.
Store-scoped listings
Selecting a store opens a Listing Catalog limited to the products associated with that store.
Import reminder
If a store has no imported listings yet, SellerHint points you at the right Product Import setup rather than showing an empty screen.
Store-specific product information
Maintain different titles, prices, descriptions, policies, images and live listing information per store, without changing another store’s version of the same product.

Preferences for appearance, stores, listing defaults, business policies, automatic synchronisation, alerts, and the data and diagnostic tools behind them.

General

Startup and navigation
Control launch at login, the startup screen, session restoration, remembered window and panel sizes, sidebar state and counters, quit confirmation, and where external listing links open.
