Identify the product

Telling us which product your request concerns matters more here than on most sites. SellerHint for Mac stores your catalog on your own machine; SellerHint Web stores its data remotely in a separate backend. A request aimed at the wrong one cannot be answered accurately.

Website only: Information arising from visiting this website. No analytics or advertising technology is in use.
SellerHint for Mac: Your catalog and images are on your Mac. Deleting them there is under your control; account-level information is held by SellerHint.
SellerHint Web: Data held remotely by the separate SellerHint Web service.
Support: Messages, attachments and diagnostics you sent to support.
Billing: Plan, billing status and transaction references.
eBay connection: Authorisation status and store connection information.

For example, the product you use and roughly when the account was created. Do not include passwords, tokens or buyer information.

Verification and authorised agents

Requests need to be verified so that information is not disclosed to the wrong person. The verification steps, and the process for an authorised agent acting on your behalf, will be published with the finalised privacy policy after legal review. Until then requests are handled individually.

This website uses no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of. The only browser storage it uses remembers your chosen appearance. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.
