The same workspace, in your browser

The same seller operations as SellerHint for Mac, in a browser. Separate product, separate account, separate subscription — same workspaces, from any machine.

Free tier, then $9.99 per month

Free forever on the starter tier. SellerHint Web accounts are separate from SellerHint for Mac.

Three things to know first

The same feature set

Catalog, product details, orders, inventory, marketing, schedule, messages and Case Center — the workspaces are the same as the Mac app, not a reduced subset.

Still a separate product

Same features, different product. Separate account, backend, database and billing, and nothing is shared in either direction.

Your data is stored remotely

The opposite of the Mac app's local-first model. What you create in SellerHint Web lives on SellerHint's servers, not on your machine.

Free to start, then tiered

Free forever for 100 listings, then $9.99 per month per account as your catalog grows. Billed separately from SellerHint for Mac, and buying one never includes the other.

What it is for

Everything the Mac app does

The dashboard with its weak-point views and tracked inventory alerts, the listing catalog, product details with per-store values, orders, quantity-only Inventory Sync, campaigns and performance, the schedule, buyer messages and Case Center. The same workspaces, reached from a browser.

The product principles come with them: saving is still separate from sending, stores are still kept apart, and duplicate SKUs are still valid.

SellerHint Web

Your data lives on the server, not the machine

This is the real difference between the two products. SellerHint for Mac is local-first: your catalog and images sit on your Mac and backups are your responsibility. SellerHint Web stores everything in your Web account, so you reach it from any machine and never move a backup around.

Which one suits you is mostly a question of whether you want your catalog on hardware you control, or reachable from wherever you happen to be.

Questions about SellerHint Web

Is SellerHint Web available?

Yes. SellerHint Web is a separate browser-based product carrying the same feature set as SellerHint for Mac, with its own account, billing and data.

Read the documentation

Does SellerHint Web do everything the Mac app does?

Yes. The dashboard, catalog, product details, orders, inventory sync, marketing, schedule, messages and Case Center are all present, and the product principles come with them — saving stays separate from sending, stores stay apart, and Case Center stays read-only.

A few macOS platform mechanics have no browser equivalent and are not part of SellerHint Web: local application logs, user-run local backups, local storage reporting, and the macOS accessibility APIs. How SellerHint Web protects and exports your data will be published before it is offered.

Which browsers are supported?

Browser support has not been tested or published. A tested browser list will appear on the SellerHint Web pages before the product is offered.

Is SellerHint Web included with the Mac product?

No. They are separate products with separate billing. Buying one does not include the other, and no bundled plan has been announced.

Does SellerHint Web share data with SellerHint for Mac?

No. SellerHint Web has a separate backend, database, storage system, routes and tokens. No product records, images, drafts, settings or store connections are shared.

Read the documentation

Does SellerHint Web support multiple users?

No, and it is not planned. There are no seats, roles or permissions in either product.

That is why SellerHint Web is priced per account rather than per user: there is no seat model behind the price.

Can I import my Mac data into SellerHint Web?

No. There is no import path between the two products. A data path between them is under consideration and is not planned work.

Where is SellerHint Web data stored?

SellerHint Web stores its data remotely in its own backend, separate from SellerHint for Mac. Hosting providers and storage locations will be disclosed on the security and subprocessor pages before the product is offered.
