SellerHint Web — planned browser application

1. Scope and status

This is a working draft for the planned SellerHint Web application. It is not in force and does not create a subscription, payment obligation or licence. SellerHint is operated by SHADEZCO LLC. The final Web agreement will be published before the product is offered under it.

2. Separate product and accounts

SellerHint Web and SellerHint for Mac use separate service identities and data. A Mac purchase does not grant Web access, and the same connected marketplace does not automatically synchronise the two products. Web sign-in, access levels and supported account features will be stated at launch.

3. Marketplace responsibilities

The final terms will describe supported marketplace actions and the authorisation needed to carry them out. Sellers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of listings, inventory, taxes, fulfilment, returns and buyer communications, and for complying with marketplace rules.

4. Content and cloud services

The Web product is designed to store its working data remotely, separately from the Mac catalog. The final agreement and Web Privacy Policy will describe data processing, Cloudflare services, storage allowances, backups, export, deletion and any public media delivery URLs. Those operational details still need confirmation.

5. Pricing, renewal, trials and refunds

Web billing will be separate from Mac App Store purchases. The billing provider, available plans, taxes, renewal process, trial conditions, cancellation method and refund policy must be confirmed before a paid Web offer is made. Apple’s Mac purchase process must not be assumed to apply to Web payments.

6. Security and acceptable use

  • Use only accounts and marketplace stores you are authorised to manage.
  • Do not misuse personal information, upload unlawful or malicious content, bypass security, or disrupt services.
  • Protect sign-in credentials and report suspected unauthorised access.

7. Availability and ending access

The final agreement will explain supported browsers, service dependencies, material changes, suspension, cancellation and the opportunity to export or delete data. No uptime commitment, retention period, refund entitlement or dispute process is established by this draft.

8. Finalisation and contact

We will complete this draft when the Web product and its commercial terms are ready. Questions can be sent to [email protected] with “SellerHint Web Terms” in the subject. The published Mac terms remain separate.
